Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Limits can be reduced instantly but increases take effect only after a mandatory cooling-off period — giving you time to reflect before raising your ceiling.
Cap the maximum net loss permitted across your account over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, real-money betting is suspended automatically until the period ends. This is one of the most effective tools for preventing losses from escalating during a bad run.
Set a ceiling on individual bet sizes or total stakes wagered per session or per period. This is particularly useful during high-adrenaline moments — live PSL matches, last-minute ICC knockout odds — when impulsive oversizing is most tempting.
Receive automatic on-screen alerts after a session of your chosen duration — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours. The notification breaks the flow of play, reminds you how long you've been active and gives you a natural pause point to decide whether to continue or step away.
Request a short cooling-off period — from 24 hours to several weeks — during which your account is temporarily suspended. Unlike a full self-exclusion, a cooling-off period ends automatically when the time expires. Useful when you feel you need a break but are not ready to commit to long-term exclusion.
Request a self-exclusion for a defined period — 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. Once active, your account is immediately closed, all marketing communications stop and you cannot reopen the account until the exclusion period expires and has been formally lifted. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed. This is our strongest protection tool and we encourage any player who feels out of control to use it without hesitation.
WinRPK is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an account, make a deposit or place a bet. This is not a soft guideline; it is a hard requirement enforced through identity verification.
Every registered player is required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before withdrawal. Age verification is part of that process. Where there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended until satisfactory documentary proof is provided.

Deposit and loss limits activate immediately for reductions. Self-exclusions and cooling-off periods take effect within the timeframe communicated by support. You will receive a confirmation email once your restriction is live.
