These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the WinRPK platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By using WinRPK, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction — to open an account. WinRPK prohibits access by minors under any circumstance.
It is your sole responsibility to verify that online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating. WinRPK does not represent that its services are legal in Pakistan or any specific territory.
All promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits and game contribution rules. Bonus terms are published per promotion and form part of these overall Terms.
Accounts must be verified via KYC before withdrawals are processed. Method availability, fees and processing windows are determined by the operator's live cashier at the time of your request.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. WinRPK will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your account details.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and WinRPK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the WinRPK website located at winrpk.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and all other features made available through the platform.
WinRPK is an English-language online betting and live casino platform primarily serving Pakistani players. The platform covers cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments and domestic T20 competitions — alongside international sports, live casino games and slots.
By accessing the WinRPK website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on WinRPK, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the Services. WinRPK operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any stage and to suspend your Account pending satisfactory verification.
You must have the full legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to guardianship orders may not open or maintain an Account.
You represent and warrant that the use of our Services is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your country, state or territory of residence. WinRPK explicitly does not represent that its Services are lawful in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other Pakistani city or region must independently verify the applicable legal position before using the platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold one registered Account on the platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent Account closure.
Persons who have previously self-excluded from WinRPK or from any other gambling platform under a cross-operator exclusion scheme may not open a new Account until the applicable exclusion period has expired and the exclusion has been formally lifted.
To open an Account, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
4.1 Information Accuracy. You warrant that all information submitted during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, email address and any other requested details — is truthful, accurate and your own. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4.2 KYC Documents. WinRPK may require you to submit identity verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and proof of payment method. Accounts where KYC is outstanding may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. WinRPK will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.4 Notification of Breach. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the WinRPK support team immediately at [email protected].
By using the WinRPK platform, you agree to the following general terms governing your conduct and your use of the Services:
WinRPK reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for operational, regulatory or technical reasons.
6.1 Currency. WinRPK accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated in the cashier.
6.2 Accepted Methods. Deposit methods available at any given time are displayed in the live cashier. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash — may be referenced as contextual examples only. Their availability as active deposit channels depends entirely on the operator's current cashier configuration and applicable provider policies. None of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling operations.
6.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. WinRPK reserves the right to amend minimum amounts at any time.
6.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you personally own and that are not derived from unlawful activity. You must not use credit cards belonging to third parties or credit facilities not in your name for deposits.
6.5 Failed Transactions. WinRPK is not liable for failed transactions caused by payment provider outages, bank processing delays or incorrect information submitted by you. Contact our support team if a deposit does not credit your Account within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made by verified Account holders. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed. WinRPK reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
7.2 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to operator policy and provider availability.
7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method, operator procedures and the status of your KYC verification. WinRPK does not guarantee specific processing windows. Timelines are estimates only and may be affected by compliance review requirements.
7.4 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. These limits may be adjusted for VIP players in accordance with the applicable tier terms.
7.5 Pending Bonus Wagering. If your Account holds active bonus funds with an incomplete wagering requirement, withdrawals of associated winnings may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met. The specific rules are set out in the relevant bonus terms.
7.6 Right to Verify. WinRPK reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, terms abuse or unusual activity is suspected. Players will be notified of any such hold and will have the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
8.1 Promotion-Specific Terms. Each bonus and promotional offer available on WinRPK is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum bet during wagering, time limits and any cashout caps. These promotion-specific terms form part of this Agreement and take precedence over general bonus provisions where they conflict.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). Different game categories contribute to wagering at different rates — typically, sports bets and slots contribute at 100%, while live casino, table games and certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
8.3 Maximum Bonus Bet. While bonus wagering is active, a maximum bet per spin or per bet slip may apply. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum during active bonus wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
8.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at any time. Attempting to combine or simultaneously activate multiple bonuses is not permitted.
8.5 Abuse of Promotions. WinRPK reserves the right to withhold bonus awards, void bonus-derived winnings and close Accounts where promotional abuse is identified. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using systematic strategies to exploit bonus conditions, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial turnover.
8.6 VIP Program. The WinRPK VIP loyalty program operates across Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers. Progression, perks and tier thresholds are published in the VIP Program Terms, which form part of this Agreement. WinRPK reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP program at its discretion, subject to reasonable notice.
9.1 Acceptance of Bets. WinRPK reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference is issued by the platform.
9.2 Errors in Odds. In the event that a market is offered with a clearly erroneous price — resulting from a technical fault, data feed error or human error — WinRPK reserves the right to void bets placed at that price. Players will be notified and stakes will be refunded.
9.3 Void Events. Where an event is cancelled, postponed or voided (including cricket matches affected by weather, such as rain interruptions during PSL or ICC fixtures), bets on that event will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook.
9.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time market availability. WinRPK is not responsible for delays in data feeds or disconnections during live betting. A bet confirmed by the system at a quoted price remains valid even if connection issues occurred on your end during placement.
9.5 Maximum Payout. WinRPK applies maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits, which are displayed within the relevant sportsbook market or cashier. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
9.6 Settlement. All bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football). In cases of dispute, the decision of WinRPK's trading team — based on official sources — is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WinRPK platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:
11.1 By WinRPK. WinRPK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; the Account is the subject of ongoing regulatory, fraud or AML investigation; the player has provided false information; or continued operation of the Account presents unacceptable risk to other players or to the platform.
11.2 Funds on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the funds in that Account will be held securely during the review period. Where suspension results from confirmed fraud or a material breach of these Terms, the operator reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance in accordance with applicable law and operator policy.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Outstanding wagering requirements, pending bets and pending withdrawals will be handled in accordance with current operator procedures at the time of the closure request.
11.4 Self-Exclusion. A self-exclusion request is a specific type of Account closure related to responsible gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority. For full details, see Section 13 (Responsible Gambling) and our Responsible Gambling page.
12.1 Platform Availability. WinRPK provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
12.2 Gambling Losses. WinRPK accepts no liability for any gambling losses you incur through use of the Services. By using the platform you acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that you accept sole responsibility for the consequences of your betting decisions.
12.3 Third-Party Services. WinRPK is not liable for the actions, policies or failures of third-party payment providers, game suppliers or data feed providers. This includes delays or failures in payment processing by banks, mobile wallet providers or other financial institutions referenced on the platform.
12.4 Force Majeure. WinRPK shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, network outages, power failures, or other force majeure events.
12.5 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinRPK's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WinRPK is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of player protection tools, and their use is actively encouraged for all players — not just those experiencing difficulties.
13.1 Available Tools. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods through the Account settings or by contacting support. These controls are available to all Account holders at no charge and take effect in accordance with the timelines described on the Responsible Gambling page.
13.2 Adults Only. WinRPK provides services to adults aged 18 and over only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. The platform employs age verification controls and actively monitors for indicators of underage access.
13.3 Gambling is Entertainment. WinRPK does not represent gambling as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses. If you find that gambling is negatively impacting your financial situation, relationships or wellbeing, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available on the platform and to seek independent support.
13.4 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are handled as a priority. Once confirmed, a self-exclusion prevents you from accessing your Account or opening new Accounts for the duration of the exclusion period. WinRPK will not send you marketing communications during an active self-exclusion.
Your personal data is collected and processed by WinRPK in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By opening an Account, you confirm that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

WinRPK reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material changes may be made at any time without specific notice.
Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your Account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and/or licensed, as specified in the operator's licensing information at the time of your registration.
WinRPK does not represent that its services comply with Pakistani law. Players based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or elsewhere in Pakistan must independently assess the legal implications of using the platform under applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice and WinRPK recommends that you seek independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about your legal position.
